How can life be taken from you so quickly? One day the person is there, the next they are gone forever. For years you have memories of the person, seeing them all the time, knowing they are there. Then without warning, everything good is gone, and there will be no more memories to make, and no more of seeing the face that was once so familiar to you. Death feels like a knife in our hearts. It takes what was once so precious to us and whisks it away. The only good part about it is that death leaves traces of the person behind so they will never be forgotten. The memories will still be there. The person you once had looked up to still leaves you with the inspiration you once had to live up to your hopes and dreams. Death is everyone’s biggest nightmare, and everyone feels the consequences. Whether you are close with the person or not, it’s something that nobody likes to hear about. However no matter how death takes someone, it can never bring them back. Therefore it leaves you with no other option then to remember. Death is not the end, rather it be a beginning. It’s a beginning for remembrance, it’s a beginning for sympathy, it’s a beginning for people to become closer, and it’s a beginning for change.
